Bought a new unit for my son for Christmas and it will not power on. Frustrating that quality control would let a broken unit go out. We'll be returning and exchanging for a PlayStation. Can't get that ruined Christmas morning back.

I'm switching from the S model to Series X & its been an awesome experience so far! The speed, graphics, and ray-tracing improvements are great! Also, pleased with the 1TB of storage, I ran out quickly with my previous model. All in all- I love it! I really like the white colorway this time around too!
