Purchased an online gift card and the code was already redeemed. Spent an hour and a half on hold only for them to say they can't do anything and to reach out to Xbox. Xbox isn't helping with this issue right now. $50 lost somewhere!!!! Target doesn't care, they've already gotten paid. I will be reporting this as a fraud.

This gift card is really a Microsoft account gift card and can be used to purchase digital content (games, DLC) as well as anything available on the Microsoft store, including XBOX hardware. There is a delay in receiving the card but it is usually on the order of 10 minutes, so if you need something immediately, it's best to buy directly from Microsoft website.
