Just got the console and it’s already starting problems. The controller keeps disconnecting for whatever reason. I’m constantly having to take the battery out the controller and putting it back on cause it freezes. Other than that it’s cool. Thinking about returning it though if it keeps acting up.

Hey there, we're sorry that there's an issue with the Xbox wireless controller that came with this bundle. Random disconnects can occur for multiple reasons, including low battery and competing wireless devices. First, we recommend troubleshooting the issue with Xbox Support. If that doesn't help, please exchange the bundle for a new one if it's still within Target's return period. Ok first of all yes you do need the internet for the first intial setup but after that you can play games that are offline based certain games require the internet so be mindful of that and no you don't need the internet 24/7 unless you plan on streaming updating games downloading stuff online Microsoft clearly states this on their page so before you buy make sure you have an internet connection for the setup !

Hey there, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this Xbox One S bundle. As you mention, an internet connection is not required for many games, but is required to set up and register your new Xbox. We do recommend having an internet connection, though, to update games with patches and new features, play games online, stream video content, visit the Microsoft Store, communicate with the Xbox online community, and more. Happy gaming, Chuck Xbox Customer Care
Absolutely terrible interface, getting the game setup is confusing and frustrating. Getting a 2nd controller to connect is an effort in futility. I've had the first xbox and xbox360 and now this one but I HATE this console. You cannot play a game without connecting on line, setting up accounts, and using passwords and passcodes everything you want to play even if you have no interest in playing online. My advise is stay away, typical Microsoft nonsense. I'm going to return this.
