if you are someone who is taking anti epileptic drugs, try avoiding this. it has grapefruit seed extract and it may raise the level of your meds and may cause a seizure.

I will honestly say that this nasal spray seems to be working just as well as a full nasal rinse. Maybe not exactly, but pretty darn close. You can feel it going to work right away. I use 4 sprays per nostril. Very pleased with the product and the pray nozzle are of high quality.

I have terrible allergies in Spring and Fall, and this has helped me get things under control, in combination with Flonase and Zyrtec. I usually use this first thing in the morning, as a "primer" to clear up any congestion or dryness. Then I take my daily dose of F & Z, and then keep this handy to supplement throughout the day, when congenstion kicks in, or when my dry cough starts up. My cough used to be uncontrollable, especially at night (a nightmare for both me and my partner), but now I know to get a dose of Xlear before going to sleep, and I keep it at my bedside if I feel the cough coming on in the middle of the night. I now sleep much better through allergy season. I've tried a few other saline sprays, and I prefer the nozzle and fine mist of Xclear, rather than those that squirt the saline up your nose and end up dripping. I have also tried using this on its own, without the other meds, and it definitely does NOT do the trick by itself. However, it's a great sidekick to my medicated artillery of allergy suppressants. My only gripe with this product is that it's overpriced for what it is, and I wish the bottle was glass and perhaps a bit larger, esp for the price.

This nose spray was recommended to me because I get sinus infections easily. It certainly loosens up the mucous in my system. I will say, you are coughing it up for about 15 or twenty minutes afterwards. I hope it makes a difference if I get a cold - like preventing a sinus infection.

Different than Flonase. This spray is used to drain sinuses. It takes a few days for me to get used & still I don't like it. it hurt my nose trying to drain little sinus. And some goes to my throat & it supposed to clear the phlegm but it hurt my throat trying to spit it out. It may work for others, but for me I get better sinus drainage when eating spicy food or taking warm shower. I do like their sinus rinse.

I love this stuff!! Only thing that helps with my allergies and sinus problem.

Honestly I have no idea why everyone is raving about this. It did nothing to clear up my sinuses, and it actually my congestion worse. I would return it immediately if I could.

Seriously the best. Worth the price! When I had a sinus infection a month or so ago this saved me! A couple sprays up each side then blow it all out. Cleared me up every time from being stuffy or just the initial pain in my sinus areas. Helped so much to clear it all out and made me recover faster. I always keep a couple on hand.
