Yoga Direct Extra Long and Extra Wide Deluxe Yoga Mat

bought this for my husband to have a little extra room to stretch, but I ended up loving it too! I wouldn't bring it to a yoga studio because it really is large, but it makes at home yoga very fun. nice and sticky too, would be great to practice handstands or any other balance poses without worrying about going off the mat.

I like that this is wider than my old yoga mat and love that it has extra grip on the bottom surface to hold the mat in place on my laminate flooring. One drawback is that the mat is not very thick. Overall, this is decent mat at a reasonable price.

Returned as it was so heavy.

I like It! The Size Is Perfect. And the texture Is like mochi not slippery. Not too thick .

Like everyone else, I started doing online workouts during the pandemic, and my old yoga mat was just too small and skinny to handle other types of exercise. I tried a few different alternatives, and this one was the best. It's not so large that it's difficult to store in your home, but for me (5'4") it's big enough to allow movement, as in kickboxing sequences. It's about 1/4" thick, which is comfortable but not too squishy, and doesn't slide around on my hardwood floor. There was a little chemical smell when I first opened it, but it wasn't bad, and faded pretty quickly. I clean it with a spray bottle of vinegar and water, and that seems to work. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that sometimes it doesn't uncurl quite all the way, due to being stored rolled, but you can easily make it lay down with any kind of weight. I'm really happy with the purchase.

This mat is perfect for any sort of workout...barre, boxing, weights etc. Love the size and the comfort of it. Honestly you can't beat the price of this mat either, I've been price shopping for a large mat for awhile and for the size/value you can't beat it. I've been recommending it to fellow workout friends!!

Love it, was looking for a mat larger then the normal size and all other retailers had them priced at over $100. Great value, great price.

I purchased this mat quickly because I was desperate for an exercise mat without getting too much into the details about size. I saw it looked like it was of good quality and rushed to buy it. I will say it is of good quality but because of the length and gym it is not super friendly to take to yoga studios and gyms (whenever we are able to do that again). Friendlier for the home or spaces that are not so tight. - Also, have a thought before opening on whether you really want it. Once you rip the plastic it comes it, it is hard to put back.

Love the size but it's slippery for bare hands and bare feet. I ended up having to put another (regular sized) yoga mat over this one to stop from slipping. Which, kinda defeats the purpose of the larger mat, but it's nice to have more space to sprawl onto for some poses.

It is so thin that hurts knees on hard wood floor. If you have bad knees, not for you. But it is very wide and would had been perfect if thicker

I could not have asked for a larger mat! It’s perfect not only for yoga, but for other exercises with the right amount of space. My friend wanted one and I bought her one.

This mat is so nice. I'm 5'10" so having a longer, wider mat was key to me even thinking about getting into yoga. It's thicker than the standard mats as well. If you're a bigger person, this mat is perfect.

I needed a mat for my Newfoundland's huge 54x36 crate. I used a sharp utility knife to cut it to fit and had a piece leftover that was big enough to use in a smaller crate for our puppy. Not for chewers, but great for our dogs.

This is an extra long/wide yoga mat that is extra fabulous. Great quality. This is perfect for physical therapy homework, yoga, pilates, strength training, etc. I put mine on carpet and don't have an issue with slipping. The mat is a bit heavy and large to carry outside the home. It's perfect for your at-home gym or workout room. Or just to put in front of the TV in the living room.

i started going to Yoga Class at the gym and i have two regular Yoga mats they were ok but this is just better i am not off the end or off the side, so it is what i wanted, i can always put the other two on top for added cushion if i want but i used it alone the other day in class it was fine, i like it better than the regular size

great size, soft, sticks to wood floors well too. Deep blue color is nice.
