Nice quality and sticks nicely to the floor but this mat is too thin. I weigh 160 lbs my knees hurt when I have to do any kind of kneeling position when doing Yoga.

Finally a mat longer than my legs! I use my mat for Yoga and Pilates. It is the my perfect size! It is longer than most mats, and it is not thin like most mats! It is surprisingly comfortable to practice Yoga and Pilates on too. I am glad I purchased it! I recommend it to everyone! I want to point out something….I almost passed on buying after reading some the reviews online that said it smelt gross. This may be typical or semi normal for yoga mats, especially in the heat, sealed and unopened. I notice a little smell when I opened it but not anything overpowering. I am used to mats and I think the experience of others is probably normal. I cleaned my mat, (I always deep clean my new mats). I let it dry, and it was good to go a few hours later. I wonder if the smell other reviewers wrote about was only a certain batch of mats. Either way the mats should be cleaned before using. The price was excellent! I am glad I took a chance and bought it after I read the reviews. In my photos: I measured the mat. You will see the measurements for length and across. Across/Side to Side: 2’ (two feet) Length: 6’ (six feet or 72” seventy-two inches)

This mat is a good thickness and cushions my joints from the floor. It tends to have dirt stick to it however and is a little hard to wipe clean. Overall it works for my needs. Note that this item does not come with a carrier.

My daughter needed this as one of the back to school supplies. For the cost, I was impressed with the thickness. It is not cheap and flimsy. She was very excited to have it to mark her own special space at school (thanks covid, ha!).
