Lexie Williamson is a British Wheel of Yoga and Institute of Yoga Sports Science(R)-qualified instructor specialising in yoga for runners and cyclists. She has written for Cycling Weekly, Triathlete, Cycling Fitness, Women's Fitness and The Guardian.
