Something about this tea and my nervous system did NOT agree. My heart was racing, I was pacing around, and I woke up several times throughout the night feeling anxious. I experienced these symptoms after only getting through 1/4 of the drink. This also happened to me with the ashwagandha tea, though I can take the supplement itself on its own and be perfectly fine. I noticed that licorice root is in both of them and am now wondering if that caused the unpleasant reaction for me. regardless, I got rid of the rest of the package the next day. I didn’t want it in my sight after that experience.

Usually I like Yogi, but why the stevia??? Most know they can add their own sweetener if preferred. Completely ruined it unnecessarily.

Got it to help me sleep since I’ve been dealing with immense stress. This tea gave me a full blown panic attack. I’ve never cried so hard in my life because I thought I was genuinely going to die. I have no allergies to anything in this. Must be a combination thing. Not sure but stay away from this stuff. I used to use the original one and it was awesome and now it seems it’s changed. Tried again tonight and feel another attack coming hence why I’m writing this review.

Way way too sweet. Licorice is a sweetener so don't need the stevia. I diluted with another cup of hot water but it's still sweet. I see others have the same complaint so why not take out the stevia from recipe? The buyer can always add additional sweetener of their choice if they desire.

I had no trouble falling asleep, my problem was waking up with my heart racing, I have never woken up with my heart racing that fast before and it was honestly terrifying. It has been an hour since I woke up, I am dizzy, and dont feel right. Im too scared to go back to sleep in fear I will wake up with my heart racing like that again. Maybe everyone has different reactions to it, but I dont think its worth getting to see if you'll have a bad reaction to it or not, so I would not recommend it to anyone.

Made both my partner’s and I’s hearts race to the point we were panicking. Very unpleasant reaction. I have had most of these ingredients (valerian, passionflower, chamomile, etc) and have never experienced this. I think it was possibly due to the licorice, which can raise blood pressure. There should really be a warning label on this tea. Taste was also too sweet for me.

My wife bought this, and it has quickly turned into a regular part of my nighttime routine. I love the taste and it really helps me relax enough to go to sleep after a hectic day at work. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Glad I tried this on a Friday evening rather than a Sunday night. I was wired rather than put to bed. This tea didn’t do much for me at all. I LOVE tea, all brands, and I try to keep an open mind when trying a new brand or flavor. This tea was utterly disgusting :(. It has a STRONG licorice flavor and even when trying to add a bit of my favorite tea it wasnt salvageable. I struggled through half a cup before pouring it out. Now I have a box of tea headed for the bin 😞.

Have tried others from the Yogi line and other brands, and though I like those this Cinnamon Stress Support tea is my fave at night. It smells soothing and the taste is a nice soft cinnamon. It’s relaxing. Love it.

I loved the taste. However, this tea made me feel irritable and I had nightmares that wouldn’t go away after drinking this tea. What ingredient would make a person feel this way? I recall having mild symptoms the first time I drank it but excused the feeling to maybe something else. However, after drinking it last night I felt irritable almost anxious trying to fall asleep… then I dreamt all night. Not a good feeling! Can anyone explain what ingredient might make a person feel this way? Apparently I had a sensitivity to something in the tea.

Honestly it tastes like plain hot water. There is no flavor. Three of us tried it the other night and all three of us commented that it tasted like nothing. Disappointed and will not buy again.
