A: Thank you for your question and your interest in the Yorkshire Turntable Stand. The weight capacity would be met before the width would; total weight for that shelf is 15 pounds. The dividers are spaced 4.6" for the outer sections and 4.8" for the inner sections, allowing for 18.8" of record storage. Not all records have the same weight or thickness, but a good estimate might be between 45-60 if you primarily have 12" albums.

Q: My LED lights are permanently stuck on orange. Whenever I use the remote and press a button it will blink red, signifying that it's responding, but the lights won't change. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I purchased this for my daughter who is now collecting albums. I shopped around until I saw this stand. It was least expensive, easy to put together, and is a pretty piece of furniture. As you see my daughter is able to put her player on top, her speaker on the shelf, and her albums at the bottom. Good buy.

Low quality piece of furniture

I bought this turntable stand because I wanted something with this kind of set up - something I could put my turntable on with a shelf underneath for storing records. I thought the LED light was a nice touch, too. However, it definitely isn't very high quality. It came out of the box with pretty significant scratches and defects already on it, which is pretty disappointing. Since it is so large and heavy, I didn't feel like it was worth the effort of repackaging it, taking it back to the store, and having another one shipped to me, so I kept it as it is. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing this, as I would expect a lot more for a piece of furniture that is over $100.

I love this record player stand! It is so pretty in my room and the LED lights change color ! The glass adds a touch of elegance to the look. Easy to assemble because all screws and parts are labeled by letters or numbers so you know what to use. The glass is thick so it will hold pretty well. It’s very sturdy and the legs are made of metal so the base is strong. I definitely recommend because it is worth every penny ! :)

This stand is stunning, I absolutely love it. It only took me about 40mins to put it together on my own. When I bought it, I just was like ah a record stand! Just what I was looking for. I never realized that it had an led light strip for it! It is beautiful and very easy to put together. Warning though, there are no verbal instructions, only pictures.
