Bought two, came in perfect condition. Looks like the pictures. You have to place the bottom two trays and screw in the top, easy. Took no more than 5 min to put both together. It is really solid because the frame is preassembled. I didn't want carts that had screws showing at every joint and this is perfect. Wheels are gold as well and not black like so many others on this and other sites I searched. Also, all our very tall bottles fit, which made it super useful.
