It’s nice to see melatonin-free options becoming more widely available and in different forms, including these gummies. Although my kiddo would’ve probably preferred a raspberry only flavor, he quickly took to the raspberry lemon taste and often will ask for his nighttime gummy anytime he feels he needs a little extra help to settle down and rest. I’m not sure I can tell a difference between nights he takes it vs nights he doesn’t in terms of sleep quality but he seems to know what his body needs

This is a game changer!!! I’ve been giving them to my toddler 2 hours before I want her to go to sleep and she’s finally falling asleep at a normal hour. Consistency is key with these I think. The first few days I saw no difference but after a week we finally don’t spend hours trying to get our toddler to sleep.

Gave these to my two toddlers, wanted something to help calm them down for bed but no melatonin. They did absolutely nothing, kids were still wide awake , had no effect. Do not recommend

It helps our toddler fall asleep easier, but not stay asleep. We tried it a few different times and she woke during the night screaming every time she did take it but doesn’t wake when she doesn’t take it. When she wakes she’s scared so it’s likely causing nightmares or vivid dreams

I've tried a few different products, with not much luck. This product is the same as the others, but most of the other bedtime gummies we've tried had a better taste. These are horrible!!
