Q: Is it good for bed bugs?

A: Our Zevo Fly, Gnat & Fruit Fly Spray is effective on flies, fruit flies, gnats, drain flies and moths. For best results: * Hold the can upright with the nozzle away from your face * Spray the insect until it is thoroughly wet * After use, wipe up any product with a clean cloth or paper towel until the surface is no longer slippery.

This bottle has a different spray nozzle than the older version. It sprays in a stream instead of a mist making it harder to spray an "area" of flying fruit flies.

I had a birthday party at my house and with the constant opening and closing of the back door we got some flies inside of the house (hate them 🤢). I used zevo and it worked perfectly fine. I have little ones so to me using products without a strong smell it’s a plus. It’s effective and it doesn’t have the harsh smell other products have!

This product used to be great, but the new spray bottle sucks. It's no longer a mist and it just causes a big mess. Before the gnats would fall out of the air, now it's no longer effective.

A good tip is to make sure you spray the bug to the point where it’s wet. Regarding the Trap, we're sorry it isn't catching as many insects as you hoped. We have a couple tips to share that may help the trap catch more of those pesky bugs. If the light is on and the trap isn’t catching bugs, it may have to do with placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects. Avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot. To make the trap appealing to bugs, it’s best if it’s not placed near other lights at night. The blue and UV light attracts bugs to the trap and they can get confused or distracted by several light sources. Y’all are a bunch of liars, this doesn’t work at all, tbh I’ve bought one of their sprays before and it didn’t work so I’m not too surprised. I got it for gnats and I swear the they just fly through it, you literally have to drown them in the spray for them to die. Atp it’s just a room spray and makes my room smell minty fresh.

We're sorry to hear that Zevo didn't meet your expectations. Zevo is proven effective against many insects but hasn't been tested on all types of insects, and to use it, spray the insect directly. Zevo sprays act quickly to kill bugs but the time it takes may vary depending on the size of the bug and the amount of product that contacts it. Generally, the bigger the bug, the longer it will take for the bug to die. This is the case for Zevo and for any pest control product. A good tip is to make sure you spray the bug completely with Zevo, especially if it's a big one! One or two pulls of the trigger on the Multi-Insect Spray or a 1 to 2 second spray with the Aerosol sprays should be enough to handle small the medium size bugs' but if you have large bugs (like big cockroaches), it may require an extra dose. Make sure the bug gets covered by the Zevo spray to the point where it's wet. Your satisfaction means everything to us, so we'd love to see how we can help with this. It has a strong smell that makes me cough. It also does not really kill the flies effectively, it is like you have to spray the flies directly, you can't just spray around the room and leave because it most likely won't kill them. I wish I bought something else instead. I will say when you spray them directly they eventually die but not straight away as stated on the product.

Complete waste of money! Leaves awful film everywhere does not even mist it just spews everywhere. The nats have multiples forcing me to go with my gut and by RAID bug spray! Now I'm cleaning up this greasy spray and swatting nats! Thanks for stealing my money ZEVON

We'd like to mention that our sprays are designed to be wiped up easily from hard surfaces. The directions also do call for wiping up the area after the bugs are dead. We suggest using a rag or paper towel, and a solution of water and dish soap can be used to clean the area if there's still residue left behind after wiping. As well, to get the best possible results, make sure that you're spraying directly on the bugs you'd like to get rid of. Although the flies didn’t die immediately on contact they did die after leaving them for a minute. Gnats died immediately after using this. I also love that the scent isn’t terrible chemically. This is a new staple product in my home! I especially love that it’s safe to use around my dogs.

I bought this thinking it would help with the gnat problem at this new storage facility I moved into. I was wrong! I practically drowned a gnat in the spray and when it dried he got up and flew away! The smell is so strong that it made my throat hurt and my nose got stuffy but it did nothing to lessen the amount of gnats in the building.

All of our products are quality-tested and shown to be safe when used following their label/package directions, but based on your review, we do recommend discontinuing further use of this spray. Zevo sprays include essential oils to kill the bugs, and if a lot of product is sprayed that isn’t wiped up you may notice a lingering scent. When this happens, wet a rag or paper towel with a mixture of Dawn dish soap and water to wipe up the excess spray (along with any dead bugs) which will weaken the scent. I had a terrible time with fruit flies this year but was able to get rid of them with Zevo. I sprayed the trash can and the sink and was able to kill the flies before they made more flies. I highly recommend!
