Not leakproof like it advertises and it’s not durable. One of my lids broke in my bag. And the containers have leaked multiple times in my bag. It’s a huge inconvenience because I bought them only because it says leakproof. I don’t recommend buying them.

Looked nice. Lid has almost no threading. Closes at just over a quarter turn... maybe 95°-100°. Out of the package, I filled about half way with water. Put the lid on, and turned to the side, waited a few seconds and then drip. I then tried to tighen the lid, but there wasn't much more I could do. Gave it a little shake and a tip... and nothing. Gave it a little shake again and water sprayed out while shaking. Tipped and it was dripping. Very disapointed. I'm not putting this in my kids lunch box.

I love these things! I just moved, and was SO happy to find the box that they were in! I mostly use them for soup. I can't give them 5 stars though, because after years of holding very hot soup, as well as hanging out in the freezer with said soup for months, they are finally starting to leak. They are in the aisle with all the other *disposable* containers, and for being disposable they have performed marvelously. I have no problem with spending a few bucks for new ones. For now, I put them in plastic bags if I have to transport them. I thank Ziploc for providing these containers in the perfect size for a large ladle, with darn good durability.

I use these Twist 'n Lock containers for storing leftovers in the door of my freezer, they fit perfectly. I make a big batch of soup or cassoulet and freeze the rest in these containers, each container is a perfect 2 portion serving. I just run hot water on the container and it slides into the pot. AND FYI people, NEVER put plastic in the microwave to heat up food, NEVER, you put your food in glass bowls to heat things up in the microwave.

I used it three times to heat up my soup the first time it was perfect no problem at all. The second time it started to have signs of melted holes around the rim of the soup top edge. The third time it is very obvious that there are little holes/dent in the same area. I'm not sure if the container could take the amount of heat for heating up soups in the microwave for 2 minutes. I would recommend that to my friends for other stuff but not for heating up soups.

As other reviewers have mentioned, these containers leak regularly. They are fine for dry good storage/containment, but should not be used for liquids.

I use these to store home made dressings and dips. also great for precooking big batches of rice and storing individual portions in the freezer or fridge for easy meals. My boys will cut up an avocado, chop some lettuce and fry an egg over microwaved rice, top w soy sauce and a meal is ready!
