I bought here vs. cheaper you know where to avoid exacly what happened as read on that site's reviews. It turns on, works nicely when it acutaly works but b/c the battery compartment is too long the battery is loose and constantly looses contact and you can feel it shaking around. Not exactly a relaxing experience to have to shake this around and try to maintain battery contact to get it to work- probably the exact same junk on that other site w/a private label. So tired of wasteful and disposable cheaply made products that trash the planet. Shame on this company.

Love, love, love this! I use it all the time. My favorite is the one with two balls. I actually like to use this one without the vibration. Because the balls move, it creates this 'oh-so-slight' pull on the skin which FEELS AMAZING!!!! Super cute packaging too. This really stimulates the pressure points around the eye. One of my all-time favorite purchases!!

As a girl who is a crybaby, I always get swollen eyes and sometimes Ice doesn’t help getting rid of the puffiness. I tried this as a last minute resort and when I tell you my eyes looked so much better. You can’t go wrong with this tool as it has more than one uses to it.
