This zumba book, including the demo dvd were an excellent choice when deciding whether or not I really wanted to give zumba a try. It includes so many health tips, and visuals of getting on the right path to being healthy, and not only is it a good tool to exercising, but it's a lot of fun. No workout DVD

I thought a workout DVD came the book. The DVD showed you how to do the 4 basic steps which I already knew how to do as I attend a Zumba class 2-3 nights a week. I was looking for a workout DVD that I could do at home to supplement the classes.
