The smell is awful, truly horrific but it works. I work nights so I need to be able to fall asleep on a schedule and stay asleep even with the noise and the light. Which it does. Just take it fast so you don't have to smell it...or taste it.

Waking up between 2-3 am everyday was getting old and the ZzzQuil helped me maintain my sleep with no side effects. These is a good product if you are looking for a more natural form of sleep aide with extended results thru the night.

I like that it didn't make me feel dizzy or foggy; instead I just felt naturally sleepy. The first time I took it, it helped but definitely improved after the second and third times I tried it. I also appreciated that I didn't wake up feeling like I was in a haze. There was no grogginess at all.

I followed the directions of 1 pill 30 minutes prior to falling asleep-- I swear I knocked out sooner and hit a deep sleep and did not want to wake up!

I typically have a hard time sleeping during flights regardless of how tired I am. They did seem to help me relax and I was able to get some rest and I didn't wake up groggy. The only thing I really didn't like is they taste horrible.

As a hardworking single mother and teacher with 2 jobs, I am always on the go and when I get home I am rushing around trying to take care of my family, my pets, and my home. So, by the time my "day" is over and everyone is cared for and in the bed, I am beyond EXHAUSTED and find it very difficult to fall asleep on my own. I often use sleep aids to sleep and for four straight days, I recently tried ZzzQuil All Night Extended Release Melatonin Tablets with melatonin, chamomile, lavender & valerian root. The 2mg two layered tablet was easy to take and after 15 -20 minutes, it helped me relax enough to go to sleep. Sadly, it did not really help me stay asleep as I woke up after 4 hours for 4 nights and it did NOT help me go back to sleep, after waking up, any night.

I've tried other melatonin products in the past but never felt like they helped for a full night of rest. Lately I've decided to try again and found ZZZQuil by Vicks. I fell asleep easily without tossing and turning and stayed asleep for 8 hours which is remarkable for me. Waking up was a breeze and I did not experience any of the ""foggy brain"" side effects I've had in the past from other medications. It's nice to now be equipped with an aid I can take as needed and feel great the next day!
