This is the perfect cardio machine to use when you can't get outside or to the gym. I use it while I watch T.V. and I love that you can also go backwards which works different muscle groups. It's a great cardio workout. I was looking for something that increased my heartrate, was inexpensive, and did not take up a lot of room, and this totally fit the bill! see less

This is a good little workout. I like that it forces you to use your core more than other machines do in order to keep your balance, however the trade off is a shorter stride. I have a small amount of space in my house so this machine is great, I can pull it out from it's little spot and watch TV while a get a little run in. I got this about 2 weeks ago and have used it almost everyday cause I love it (and we have had really bad weather so I can't get outside to jog.) I know I will use this a TON in the winter since I hate running in snow. see less

This elliptical is the perfect size to use in an apartment! It is very sturdy and easy to use, and also has a digital readout for calories burned! It's great for when you can't get out and exercise. see less

fist off, it came within two days, which i loved. I put it together myself within a couple of minutes. I think this machine is great especially for the price i paid for it. I haven't quite used it yet but I did test it out and its quite sturdy and very convient!!! I'm a home body and makes things jus great for me. see less

I bought this about a month ago and have used it nearly every day since. It came already assembeled. All I had to do was slide on the foam grips. I like that you can vary your step pace and it is fairly light and doesn't take up a lot of room. It also folds easily to be stored away. see less

I hear these things crap out after a few months. I have used mine a few times and it has been great so far. It wobbles a little but that doesn't bother me. Great workout and I love the handles. They are worth the extra (as compared to buying other low-end steppers without handles). see less
