There are 15 people in a swimming pool weight training class that I attend. We each bought our own different brand of weights eighteen months ago. My weights have not rusted out, gotten hard, been eaten or faded by the clorine in the pool. I got mine today. I took out a pound on each leg starting at one and a half on each. I use to ride a bike every where. These weights make me feel like I've riden about fifteen miles today already. I got em on for my eight hour shift. They are worth the money. I can feel the muscles starting to work harder lifting my legs up. I have not done any serious workout since I had gotten married. I just see us getting bigger so I decided to start working on trim some of the extra weight I put on. These are a great place to start. You should get a pair. I like em because you can adjust your weight in them. Or you can get the ten Pounders I think that will be my next purchase when I can no longer notice these. Go For IT and EnJoy see less

I recieved the weights quicker than I expected. If you have small ankles like mine they can weigh down and start to hurt your ankle bone if you are wearing them just around the house without shoes on. Other than that I really like them. see less

This weight bench is not only top notch, but its extremely affordable. I use mine for everything from step-ups to hip thrusts, as well as overall weight training. I absolutely love it! I will be purchasing an additional one too! Recommend this to everyone! see less

This bench is great- I only gave it 4 stars as it isn't as heavy as the benches in my local gym and it is definably not a professional model- but it perfect for use at home. I do step ups on it as well as use it for traditional lifting and it is holding up well. I would say if you are looking for an at home weight bench- this is a great choice! see less

I absolutely love these weights so much! The thumblock is an added benefit that I never even thought of before. I wear them on the treadmill and have noticed such a difference not just in upper body, but lower body as well. When I first saw the vest I fell in love with the color and wanted to get it badly. About two weeks later, I went back to purchase it. I used it with the sand built in it to be sure it would be comfortable. I used it while doing laundry. It felt great. At first, I did not know how the weights went in and then I realized that I had to work it into the little pocket holders. I will be using the vest to walk up and down the steps and see how that goes, but so far I love it. I have even worked out with it and it felt good. see less

This are wonderful kettlebells that are made in a quality manner. I am new to using kettlebells and these are great for me as I get my techinique down. The pastel shades of the kettlebells are attractive and I just leave them in the bookshelf in the den because they are not the usual crayon colors of regular weights. They are easy access for me when I am ready to workout. I really enjoy using them.I encourage you to buy these kettlebells. I already owned a 7lb kettle bell so when I received this pack I immediately picked up the 10lb to compare. The difference was almost negligible. I decided to weigh them on my bathroom scale. Low and behold, each kettle bell is 1lb less on the scale than the weight recorded on each item. It's not THAT big a deal and I'll still use them, I just think it's odd to be off weight. see less

I got this product for my mom for Christmas and it works pretty good she uses it everyday and she gets tired afterwards and the flab is slowly disappearing. Also, my mom isn't exactly really fit so this was a good product for her but i would recommend this product to anyone who has a mother who is just starting out exercising and wanting to try it. see less

I know there has been a lot of skepticism regarding this product, and the commercial can be laughable, but I was still tempted to buy it. Even though my husband made fun of me, I had to stand by this product. It really does give your arms a great workout, even after just a couple seconds. Just by watching the commercial, you can get an idea of the different positions to use it with. It took me a couple times to get the rhythm and motion down, but now I use it every day! see less

Like the first reviewer wrote, my weights fell apart. I was running in place with the weight over my head when the pin that held the weights together suddenly broke. By some miracle, the individual weights crashed to the floor narrowly missing my head. Awful product! see less

I was in the middle of lifting, and all of a sudden half of my weight crashed to the floor. I had the rest in my hand. It shattered the plastic, and broke the metal pieces holding it together. I have been using this kettlebell for everything. This simple piece of equipment can shed inches off of your waist and tighten your core muscles with as little as 15 minutes a day. Really check into how kettlebells are used prior to purchase. I found that a 10lb weight was too light and I was a beginner. This was equal to a 5lb dumbbell weight - I wish I'd have gone heavier to begin with. Weight is good qualify and great for function with a basic routine. see less

The one drawback was that the instructional DVD was very short and there was no workout regiment or materials that went with it beyond the poster of moves. I just about never buy any gimmicky looking exercise equipment. I used to feign doing speed bagging after doing some curls just to loosen up. When I saw this on The Ultimate Fighter, I had to get one. It looks really simple, but after the first time you use it, you really feel it. It's really easy to use and well made. It comes with a DVD showing various exercises you can do with it. Watching it, you say to yourself "Aw, that's easy!" Then you try it and find out how weak you are. I'm no fitness junkie and work on my computer a lot and this is something that doesn't take up much space and can use even while sitting down while waiting for your computer to process things. I'm happy with it. Only drawback is it is pricey. see less

I just purchased a Smith Machine and wanted a reasonably priced weight bench to do chest presses and other exercises. I press 75 to 100 pounds, so finding a sturdy base was important...and that was what I found to be lacking in this product. After putting it together, tightening the bolts and double checking things, I tried it out. It was wobbly, I felt as if it was going to give out on me at any minute and that is not a feeling you want when you are pushing weight. I returned it, fully assembled to my local Target, who promptly refunded my money. I was thankful for that, [.............] Three words to sum up the Reebok bench...Do Not Buy see less

This bench could have been a great product. However the hooks for the back support bar were welding incorrectly. The bench took a lot longer than expected to put together, however I can deal with that, but then to realize that it was not even made correctly. So to top it off there isn't a number anywhere for this product... I contacted Reebok and they are not helpful at all. I have been going back and forth for a month now trying to get this resolved. They keep asking for a model number and when I provide the only model number listed they say that isn't it. This number is on the package, the manual, the care guide, and even the hardware package. I sent pictures of the issue, of the model number and even the pages to the manual. It has been two weeks not since I have heard from them. With the hooks upside down the back support bar is not stable and unsafe to use. I would have given this product zero stars if I was able to. see less
