I bought this to use during my pregnany and will have it for my son's room. It works so well. Very VERY quiet, the tank just needs filling every other night and it is just such a cute idea for a humidifier. The cool mist comes out of 2 small slits above the frog's eyes, kids will love it! It doesn't need a filter so it needs weekly cleaning. The cleaning instructions are just wash with vinegar and water, you can't get any easier. A great buy!

I have been wanting this adorable humidifier for my daughter's room for 2 years. I finally bought it, only to be very disappointed. It leaks and soaks everything around it. I bought the Crane Drop Shape Ultrasonic in green for my own bedroom, and I LOVE it. It doesn't get water any where. So, I returned this one and am going to buy that one for my daughter. The man at Target Customer Service saw it in my hands and said,"Let me guess- it gets water everywhere? We get SO many of those retu rned for not working." I know it is cute, but it was just not worth it to me.

Bought this humidifier because it was cute and on sale. Thank goodness I did not pay over [$] for it because not even a year later, it has "croaked". I cleaned and maintained it per the instructions, so I have no idea what went wrong. When I went in for a replacement, the pharmacist's recommendation was a Vick's humidifier. He said they were a better product and built for regular use.

I bought this for my son a week ago. We had read all of the reviews and some people said they had troubles with it leaking and not working. I will not lie we put together set it up in the living room and it did leak all of over my table. We discovered that we had put it together wrong!!!! Once we got it together the right way we had no issues. It does leak out the eyes when you turn it over to refill it, but come on now anything that has an opening that you tip upside down is going to leak so me water. Not that big of a deal. It is very quiet so my son can still try to get a good night's sleep.

We recently bought this for our newborn for her room. It matches our woodland critter theme, it's super cute and works very, very silently. It also is very efficient with the water output, keeping it nice and moist in the room, but only needing to be refilled every other night! We've had it about 2 weeks so far and no problems!

I got this for my son when he was 9 months old. This makes a great baby shower gift or even gift for a new baby. It is what every mother will need when their child is sick! The frog when great my son's sage green monkey theme. Also it turns off when runs out of water! I was at work worried and then looked it up to find this.

I love this humidifier! It is so cute and works very well. The tank is small, so if you were going to run it all day and all night, you would need to refill first thing in the morning and again before bed, but not a biggie. It fits well under the bathroom sink. The only negative comment i have is that is leaves a puddle around the bottom, so you can not put in on a wood table. I took another reviewers advice and just set mine on a plastic cutting board on my night stand and it works well, but I would keep a towel around the base just in case.

I had a non-ultrasonic humidifier before this one. I wanted to try the frog to see if it would get more humidity around the room. Needs to be on elevated surface that can get wet. It's just a little cumbersome to set it up and pour out. Due to the handle the water tank isn't flat and makes it harder to hold upside down to fill-you can't lay it flat on a surface. I had to get a second set of hands. You have to properly align the frog's eyes on the water tank. I learned to match the curve on the top with the smile on the tank. I've had this for a few months. When there is no mist coming out but there is water- turn off the fan, take off the frog eyes, turn on the fan, let it mist, then replace the frog eyes. Disappointing when you don't know if it was running all night and your kid is sick. When turning off and emptying you need a bucket or towel for each piece since they drip. I use this with a plastic tray large enough for the base in case of leakage.

The first night we used this it made so little steam that it didnt even register on the humidistat 2ft away from it. In fact, the humidity rose in the morning when I turned the unit off and opened my son's door. I gave it one more try and the 2nd night it leaked EVERYWHERE! Luckily I had it in a giant Tupperware lid so it sat in its own puddle...really safe since it was still plugged in.

I thought I did my homework - read as many reviews as I could about a variety of brands and styles. The frog humidifier seemed to have many happy customers. So I purchased Senor Froggy - at full price no less - and set him up in my daughter's room. We followed the instructions about not having the bottom obstructed by a carpet or towel and about setting it about 2 feet off of the ground. For the first 5 days the unit SEEMED to be working though I was wondering why the water level never chan ged. Well on the 6th day Senor Froggy did not turn on - no click of the knob, no lights, no hum of a motor. Senor Froggy was silent. Needless to say he's got to go back. If you choose to try this humidifier I hope you have better luck than we did.
