Description

Dr. Scholl's® Run Active Comfort Insoles are specifically designed for runners to help relieve and prevent pain from runner’s knee, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis. These insoles provide support, added cushioning, and shock absorption so that you can stay active and on your feet for longer!

Why It Works:
As you run, the foot can be subject to the shock of 2-3 times your body weight with every step. Over time, this repetitive impact can cause painful injuries like runner’s knee, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis.
Dr. Scholl’s® Run Active Comfort Insoles reduce shock, which helps reduce the discomfort and fatigue in feet and legs and helps prevent common running injuries.

How To Use:
1) Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.

2) Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.

3) Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.

Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.
