My girlfriend and I live in a small one bedroom apartment. We were looking for something to clean up the random dust balls, but we didn't need (or want to spend the money on) a vacuum cleaner. This little guy filled the job perfectly. We use it in short spurts to clean the various nooks and crannies in our apartment and to tidy up the couch. It has no problem picking up our messes, and the filter is easy to clean so you can be sure it will always be working efficiently. I can definitely recommend it.
I just bought this steam mop yesterday, so i cant really review it on durability, but so far i love it! It was very easy to put together and super simple to use. Some people complained because you have to pump it, but after the initial pumping you only need to really pump it if you want the extra steam, other then that it pumps itself quite a bit when you pushing it back & forth. On more sticky messes you can sit the mop on top and pump it more for more steam and then it comes up with ease! I filled it up with water and only used half of it on my kitchen & dining room. The cord is a little short (like everyone else said), but it really isnt that big of an inconvenience to me.
For the first time ever i am excited about the next time it rains so i can REALLY put this thing to work on some doggy foot prints lol. With 4 dogs, 2 cats, a 2 year old and a boyfriend....this will be put to GOOD use!
Lightweight, heats quickly and love extending height handle. Like the square shape that gets into corners and the swivel two sided mop so you don't have to change pads. Comes with two pads that are very absorbent. Really like the option to pump handle for more steam. Works great on my tile floors!
I just recieved my Shark Steam Pocket via ups after only 2 days!!! I took it out followed the directions and gave it a whirl. Lets just say I will never go back to a mop and bucket. I have 3 dogs, a 2 year old and another baby on the way and this just made my life SO much easier! It was really easy to assemble and start using. It works so well too. It has been really muddy here and my dogs track it all over my tile floors. This cleans it up in minutes. I highly recommend this mop!
Battery life is fine, read the instructions, you have to let charge for 24 hrs before use.
I used after 3 hrs and it died quick, then let charge for 24 hrs and it last longer than I've ever needed it for .
1. strong suction.
2. very handy
3. leave pluged in all time for best results. works as a night light.
4. COLLECTS ALL DUST. so clean filters often for continues strength in suction.
5 love this machine and I'm not usually a Black and Decker guy.
6.I would recommend to family and friends.
The charge only lasts for 5-6 minutes. It is heavier that less powerful hand held vacuums. It also doesn't have a charging stand or bracket. It is great for quick pick ups when you don't want to bother getting your main vacuum.
I bought this item about a week or so ago and I absolutely love it. I use it everyday. It has more suction than other handhelds I've used. I've seen people's complaints about how long the battery lasts, but if your using it to vacuum your entire house it's a waste. We have wood floors so ill sweep first and then use the vacuum to get EVERYTHING that I swept up. I ordered the wall mount for it from Dyson since i don't like plugging it in and leaving it sitting around. we have s curious 2 year old.I think Dyson makes great products and I would definitely recommend this.
Lightweight and powerful
Makes it easier to keep my house clean bc it is so handy
Suction significantly better than other handhelds
Value got a 4 since it's 5-10 times the price of other handhelds
This is a keeper and makes others look disposable
I actually thought this was a different Dyson attachment that I had previously owned. It wasn't the same one.But it did seem to be made a little more flimsily than the dyson products that came with my DC 14.I wasn't that happy with the item.
Okay, I have just finished vacuuming my 2500 square foot house with my new Hoover Windtunnel 3 Pro and I can honestly say that my [$] Dyson never cleaned this good even when it was brand new out of the box. I bought the top of the line Dyson 8 years ago and paid about [$] for it. Well, 2 weeks ago it broke when my son stepped on the front to push it down to vacuum. The front section cracked in half. So after 2 weeks of tireless research I had almost landed on buying the Shark Rotator Lift away. However, I discovered that the Shark only has 10 amps of power and the brush/suction is only about 9 1/2 inches in width. My neighbor has one and I was not impressed with its suction power. So I stood in Target debating on which one when I read some reviews about this little gem. So, they sold me. I bought it at Target, and I was very skeptical. Brought it home, put it together (very easy by the way) and started to vac. OMG I couldn't believe how dirty my carpet really was. When I used the Hoover, the carpet actually LOOKED clean!! I am so happy and am going to tell everyone about this beauty. The best part -- Only [$] . Way less than the Shark and WAY less than a Dyson. I love you , Hoover lol Super great vacuum!!!!!!!
I bought this two days ago w/o reading any reviews. I went to the store to buy a different brand that was on sale. If I had read these reviews, I probably would not have purchased it. It worked wonderfully yesterday and picked up so much dirt. Now I'm wondering if it's going to continue to work w/o problems.....especially when several people are having problems with it. Hopefully that's not why Target reduced the price by $20. What a hassle it will be if I need to send it in like the manual says -- seriously...how do you even do that! I love the retractable cord. On thing .....I just wish it was on the left side inside of the right.....to hold it better with my left hand while vacuuming with my right hand. Hoping I don't start having problems.....
