I like firm pillows. I typically use a memory foam type pillow. This is not anywhere near that firm. I have to fold it in half to get the support I need. Never-the-less, it is a decent pillow enough so where I don't care to mess with returning it, but not nearly as firm as I was expecting. see less

I bought these pillows less then 2 months ago and already feel the need to replace them. They were firm for about the first week then started flattening out. I need firm pillows because of neck issues, and I am now waking up with headaches because of the lack of support these pillows are not providing. If you have neck issues I highly do not recommend these. see less

I got this pillow on sale and was hoping it would hold up. Although it is very comfy it looses its shape right away. Within a week it was all smooshed down. It doesn't look nice sitting on my bed anymore. I had hoped for better. see less

This is the best pillow ever. My husband and I "fight" over it every night so I decided to replace all of our pillows with this one. It is the kind I've been looking for for a very long time. It reminds me of the very comfy hotel pillows, when your in a nice hotel... and we've stayed at 5 star hotels. The previous reviewer is probably talking about wanting a pillow that is firm all throughout which yes this one is not and of course everyone has a different need and option of comfort. This one is for people that want a soft squishy pillow that does give you much support, not a cheap feeling fill at all and allows you to mold it to your head and neck. It definitely has more of a thick fill than a cheap thin fill, it just allows you to mold it. I have a bad back and always wake up with knots in my neck except when I use this pillow because I can mold it to fill in my neck, it gives me the support I need when it is in that position and its not firm/hard as a rock. We bought 2 king size Fieldcrest Luxury Down Alternative pillows in store within 6 months these went flat/lost fluffiness and are no longer comfortable, very disappointed! Even tried drying pillows once a week to fluff up, but pillows flatten out just after 2-3 days. see less

This pillow is as comfortable as they claim, however, the "standard" size is almost half the size of a traditional pillow. It comes with one white custom-fit pillow case, and I don't see a way to order extras or replace it if it were to wear out. The pillow should not be used without the pillow case. The pillow can not be washed, only spot cleaned. I think this would be great for car trips, but because of the small size, it's not great for a bed. If you want a pillow you can use with your regular pillow cases, you should spend the extra twenty dollars and get the "full" size. They don't recommend it for children under 14. see less

This pillow truly is perfect for side sleepers. I was very pleased with the firm yet softness of the pillow. I actually bought two for my boyfriend as a gag birthday present, and am now going to have to buy some for myself. I can't let him have all the good sleep. When I receieved the product, i was surprised that it's straight and not curved to fit the shape of the body of a pregnant woman. It's also flat and not supportive so I had to return it and got the snoogle total body pillow instead, and I am satisfied with the snoogle total body pillow. see less

This is just another pillow produced by a company that did no consumer testing and no has no understanding of what it mens to provide support or how to layer different foam densities. This thing was so incredibly hard that only a small portion of my head/neck contacted the pillow. see less

I bought a sleep innovations pillow from Target 5 years ago. It is still as firm and comfortable as it was on day one. I recently bought this one online and it has provided the same comfort and quality as the one I bought years ago. It molds perfectly to your head and then regains its shape instantly when you remove your head. Make sure not to leave it in the car on trips during cold weather, the foam will turn rock hard! However, it regains it's plushness very quickly after being removed from the cold environment. see less

I have been sleeping on them for about 6 months and are the best pillows I have ever found. I purchased a real good zippered pillow protector to use with as you cannot wash them, and are a pricey investment that are hard to find. Target only carries the queen size. Excellent support, but you must get used to them. My son calls them "sand bags", and are heavy, very heavy. If you like a firm support pillow that stays in place, I highly recommend them. No more back aches, no more neck aches. see less

I bought this because of the cannon name and I was VERY pleased. When you squish the pillows down they puff back. Good strong stiching and consistant fill. I guess you would call this a medium to soft type pillow. Getting another set for sure! see less

You tend to need to bunch up a regular pillow and it's hard to get it so so. Not with this pillow. It affords just the right amount of firmness and conforms to your head.Initially, if you're not used to such a pillow you'll have to hang in there for a very brief period, however, thereafter, you'll vow to never ever go back to any other type pillow.I prefer the CONTOUR foam type because of how it conforms to the head.
