Q: is the stoneware insert glazed? is it lead free? cadmium free? does it leech any toxins?
A: Hello there Kerrikog! Thanks for reaching out to us. We will be more than happy to answer your question! The glaze of our ceramic pots is a silicate made of quartz, feldspar and clay. The glaze is covered over the pot, fired at high temperature to melt the glaze and then cooled down. The glaze liquid is then turned into coating the same as glass film on the surface of the pot. Q: Can you select the warm button so the food just warms or does the crock pot only go to warm once its finished cooking?

Q: how do you change to cook tempeture from high

You can choose to cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours, after the selected cooking cycle the unit will automatically switch to warm for approximately 3-4 hours.
