A: For each use, Fill the measuring cup to the FILL LINE (3 oz/80 mL) with DISTILLED WATER and pour the water ONTO THE HEATING PLATE.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The Dr. Brown's Deluxe Bottle Electric Sterilizer does not dry the bottles after sterilizing. The bottles and parts should be placed on a drying rack to dry completely.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. We do not our products with other brands. It holds most major competitive brands of baby bottles but we recommend checking with that brand to make sure they are compatible with steam sterilization.

Q: Do you have to rinse out the bottles first or just put them in dirty?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The bottles need to be washed with hot soapy water and rinsed before placing into the sterilizer for sterilization.

The Dr. Brown's Deluxe Bottle Electric Sterilizer can be used to sterilize other items and accessories such as pacifiers, teethers, toys, cups, utensils and breast pump parts. They must be able to withstand boiling water in order to be sterilized in this unit. Please check with the manufacturer of the other items.

Worked well for my first baby. I cleaned and stored it thinking it would be okay less than a year after its last use. The bottom was caked with a brown layer when I took it out, which will not come off no matter what I do, every time I run it there is brown water at the bottom. Customer service claims it’s “safe” but I cannot run my child’s bottles in dirty water and am throwing it away.

I have high hope with Dr. Brown products but it disappoints me. Their sterilizer broke down in 6 months of use. I only use it every two days and their bottle leaks. I will never buy any item from Dr. Brown again.

In the video for this product on this it shows a completely different product that also dries when this product does not in fact dry. Nowhere in the description does it specify this does not dry. Waste of money. Also the lid is badly designed and hard to close and open.

You’re better off boiling water and putting your items in a pot to sterilize. I was gifted this a month ago, it shuts off on its own, after 3 uses it accumulated a puddle of brown water under the trays. It’s not a dryer so the bottles and accessories come out soaking wet and still need to be set out to dry. Buy a better product or just boil your bottles and accessories, this is huge and truly just a waste of space

The only complaint I have is that the bottles are still kind of greasy on the inside when they’re done. Breastmilk is full of fat so i understand why- just would be better if I didn’t have to wash the bottles twice. Otherwise- it’s perfect!

I use the sterilizer according to the instructions, there is no drying feature so the inside stays wet after use. I have only used it a handful of times and have stopped using it because it grows mold in it everytime I use it. I am fearful that my baby is going to get sick by ingesting mold particles. Wouldn't suggest buying this product - EVER. What a waste of time, money, and energy for a new mom.

Not really sure what I was expecting when I opened the box but it’s pretty big. It’s quiet which I love, it only takes 8 mins, and it is easy to use. My husband and I had been boiling water since the first week of bringing home our son. We can now load it up and have time to do other things like maybe sleep longer. My one complaint would be that I really wanted one that dries but we already have a drying rack so it worked out.
