To make sure your earbuds are connected to the source device, please try to manually pair the earbuds of our JBL Vibe 200 TWS to a source device by removing the earbuds from the case and tap and hold the touch control for 5 secs. or you may try to perform a factory reset by tapping the touch control twice and hold for 5 secs. These are great budget earbuds. they got great, sound great (with the right settings), and have amazing battery life. The bass is okay, but this is fixable. if you're on IOS, go to settings, scroll down to Apple Music settings, going into the EQ sub section, and select increase bass. If on Android, download the JBL app and you'll can adjust from there. Happy listening!

Minimal bass, if you care for bass steer clear

It’s interesting that in the box it states deep bass when in fact that’s far from the truth. It has very minimal bass. I got these because I lost my JBL Tune 125s and rather than spend a lot only to lose them I got these. Major down grade didn’t think it be that big but it was unfortunately. Other than that they’re ok pair to use. Definitely wouldn’t pay full price for these.

I bought these earbuds a few days ago and as far as the sound quality and what I use them for, it works out great. I've read some of the negative reviews here and I agree with some slightly. The frustrated problem with these is that they fall out of my ears no matter if I'm sitting still or not. I have average size ear canals and I've tried every tip that cam in the box and even a pair of silicones ear tips from some cheap earbuds I had laying around, and these earbuds still fell out. Would would make these earbuds great is some type of comfort silicone ear wings or hooks that would work with it. Also, if these able to adjust the volume when you have them in that would be perfect. Unfortunately I'm not too happy with these and will probably just give them away.

No base, lag on phone calls

These would be ok if you are sticking to inexpensive ear buds. They have no base at all and phone calls have a short lag. If the were included in the app JBL offers I’m sure the sound would be better but they are not. I tried to adjust the audio with the iPhone EQ and it had no improvement. I did return them but if I never had AirPods or beats I would have probably kept them for a while.

These fit nicely and had no problem connecting to my iPhone. They’re ok but there’s seriously little to no bass in these. I only bought them because I lost my AirPods and needed something in the mean time hoping I eventually find my AirPods lol. Switching from AirPods to these there is a huge decrease in sound quality but you get what you pay for!

These have great sound but even with the smallest earbud covers, they still do not stay in my ears and are very painful to use. They disconnect from my phone when I’m taking a phone call. I’ve also noticed that at random times, they will pair with my devices even when the case is fully closed.

The sound is definitely incredibly nice, and they fit fine. I just wished they were included in the JBL App to be able to customize them. PS. These earbuds are really solid (I drop them at the very least once a day, and this for over 8 months, and they still work)
