Easy set up for some cute birthday decorations! This is my second “balloon garland” and compared to the first one I made (60+ balloons), much easier! The instructions were easy to follow, there were only 17 balloons to inflate, and the plastic attachments were easy to use and assemble. My 5 year old loved the birthday surprise when she woke up!
