A: I have a similar bird bath and you can fill the base w rocks or sand

I have purchased several of these. 2 as gifts and 1 for myself. I don't know how long this will last, as it is plastic, but for the price, you can not beat it. I am using mine for bird seed. It is not very heavy and I did not use the stakes that came with it, I used some heavier ones that I already had. It is pretty and looks good in my yard. I'm not sure why the description says blue though, as mine is green. I think this is a good value for the money. I would definetly purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Alpine Tall Outdoor Lotus Birdbath Yard Statue and it is such a cute addition to our backyard. It is plastic but you would never know by the looks of it. It is super easy to put together and very light weight. We did anchor it down because it is very light it can be knocked over by the wind. It holds just enough water for the birds in our yard to get a drink or a quick splash. We have a little area in the yard with feeders and we can sit and watch the birds and it is very peaceful. Overall it made a beautiful addition to our backyard and we are very happy with it.

I have been very impressed at how well it’s holding up and it comes with stakes to keep it upright. The quality is a heavy duty plastic. It’s not flimsy and easy to put together. I only glanced at the instructions to see where the little birds went. It all snaps into place. It comes with two stakes and if you wanted heavier ones you could buy those if you’re worried about it moving. I live in the mountains and we get high winds and it’s done great with the stakes it came with. We move a lot so a heavy metal birdbath wouldn’t be practical. Overall a very nice looking birdbath that looks metal but is not!

I was so excited when I received my Alpine BirdBath to add to my yard decorations but also for my wild birds to have something to dunk their head into for a drink or to just cool off. The Alpine BirdBath was very simple to put together. It literally took minutes to assemble and have it filled with water. The bird bath is plastic but a sturdy plastic that will hold up in any weather. The bath comes with two forks to put on the bottom of the bath to hold it to the ground as well. I love the color they painted it its a green with silver tones making it look antique like even down to the designs on the leg which has beautiful leaf and swirl designs. The flower on top with the birds is a cute design to add to the beauty (it does not hold water: learn from my mistake). The bath is not a fountain it is a bath so you do have to refill it often. I have my bird feeder by it and the birds love to come get a snack and take a dunk or get a drink. I love the functionality of the birdbath and the beauty. The birdbath is a fun and in my opinion would be a beautiful addition to any backyard!

Very nice on my balcony. I had to take the top part off before the birds would use it not sure why. Also I couldn’t get water to stay in the top tier with the birds but maybe it’s not meant to hold water. I had to add some rocks in it so the water wasn’t too deep for little birds. So happy they drink from it

Beautiful bird feeder. Perfect size, easy to assemble, it’s a plastic material but it does have a sand pit at the bottom to secure it. It’s sturdy and we absolutely love it. Great price!
