Keta salmon fillets have moderate flavor and firm texture.

Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze if thawed. Do not microwave. Thaw: Cold Water - Place sealed vacuum pouch in water for 30 minutes until completely thawed; then immediately remove from pouch. If not using immediate, remove fish from pouch before storing in refrigerator. Refrigerator - For food safety, remove fillets from all packaging. Place in a dish with sides; thaw 8 to 10 hours. Broil: 1. Heat broiler; spray broiling pan with cooking spray. 2. Brush thawed fillet with olive oil and place on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat, turning once, 12 to 16 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Stovetop: 1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Pat thawed fillet dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. 3. Cook 8 to 12 minutes; turn once, until fish flakes easily with fork. Bake: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Brush thawed fillet with olive oil and place on baking pan. 3 Bake 16 to 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
