Horrible product. Battery life is 2 hours at best, far short of the advertised 7 hours. Sound quality for music is underwhelming at best, the touch sensors are clumsy and annoying to use. The noise canceling is garbage too. Save yourself the hassle and get a different brand altogether.

I liked the clear sound they gave but the battery life was horrible. It said 21 hours for a full charge and I was only getting about 2-3 hours per dot (there are 3) so definitely not 21 hours

I bought these and put them on the charger overnight. The next morning my daughter took them to the airport with her. She text me an hour after dropping her off saying the right one was beeping. She got to school and the right one will not take a charge. Would not recommend

Good but need improvement with the digital buttons

I have a love and hate relationship with this product. The digital buttons are not well designed. As an example, If you need to remove fix your left earbud because it got lose, more likely you will reset your song or podcast, or kill the entire volume. This is absolutely annoying. Example 2. Your are walking and see a person trying to talk to you, if you remove one or both of the earbuds, you will be using the digial options and more likely you will be in another track or podcast. I tried to contact the company and they said in the package and no solution was provided.

My issue is that I ended up getting a sore, scar, scab whatever you wanna call it I was bleeding from my ear because it was rubbing (I don't know how but it was) against my ear to cause it to irritate and create a sore in my ear that started to bleed.

They were great when they worked. Now they say they’re charged, but moment I unplug from wall they die. Won’t hold charge anymore. Also would hang up my phone calls quite frequently. Wish they’d have lasted longer.

They aren't the fanciest, but also not the most expensive. I wanted to be able to listen to audio books on the plane and they were perfect for that. the sound quality is good. I also wear them when walking and listening to audio books or music, it's nice to not get tangled in The pairing process as super simple and fast. Some people have to have the fanciest, biggest name brand. I'm not one of those people. They do the job I need them to, with out a huge bite into the pocket. Since my fear is also losing them since they aren't attached, I felt more comfortable not spending a ton on something easily lost. The storage case/charger is nice too. They charge quickly and seem to hold a charge well.
