I got these for Christmas( December 25th) and they stopped working on December 30th. They didn’t get damaged from any water, abuse, or anything like that. The charging case won’t charge. I’ve tried multiple different outlets and charging blocks but it still won’t charge. Idk what to do at this point because I don’t think I can return them.
DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the third pair I’ve bought and I already have problems with the sound in my left ear randomly dropping out. Apple support has been no help, I’ve decided this is the last pair I will buy.

I used these once and they were fine. The 2nd time they quit working. Definitely don’t recommend. If anything get the newer ones not gen 2. They are also made with Nickel so messes with your ears.
