So, I like that it gives continuous protection (because it sits on top of the skin). My skin LOVES this stuff, and I've noticed that my skin is smoother and softer for it. It is thick though, as other's have suggested. The only way I could get it to apply evenly was to mix it with some lotion and then rub it into the skin. It left much less white cast on my skin. It's still noticeable though. This is the third mineral protection suncreen I've tried, and they are all the same in that regard. I am a very pale caucasion woman, and it lightens my skin by a half shade even diluted with lotion.

Our kids have sensitive skin so we opted for this instead of the usual brand we use. It does have white cast but we don't really mind because the kids don't really mind either. I've worn it myself and it doesn't feel too oily like regular sunscreens do. This overall we would buy again.

I've been using this sunscreen for myself because I have pretty sensitive skin. The Aveeno sunscreen doesn't burn at all and feels really soothing. I love that part. But the white cast is pretty intense—I look like I'm trying to cosplay as Casper. I've even had people ask if I'm feeling okay because it makes me look kind of sickly. On the bright side, it hasn’t caused any breakouts and seems to soothe some of the inflammation on my current pimples.

This is the only sunscreen my son can use. All others cause him an allergic reaction. It has great coverage, but we don't like the feel of it. It doesn't seem to sink well onto the the skin. It kind of just sits on top so you have tonreally keep rubbing it on until it isn't noticeable. The price is also pretty expensive for such a small bottle.

I bought this after reading positive reviews on different websites, but honestly, it's the same as any other mineral sunscreen - thick, sticky, and leaves a white cast (even though I'm very pale). I'm sure it works just fine, but I was hoping it would be protective without feeling so gross. I'll finish the bottle because I can only wear mineral sunscreens, but I wouldn't necessarily buy this over my usual Blue Lizard (which feels the same and leaves a white cast, but it at least has a cool color-change bottle lol).

Avoid this product. My son developed severe skin bumps after using the product just once while never happened when he use other brand. And it doesn’t do a good job as sun screen, my son got red face and ear even applied.

Wanted to like this because it is for sensitive skin and I have issues finding a sunscreen that works for me and doesn't make me extremely itchy, break out, or get extremely dry skin. This immediately made my skin itchy and pilled no matter the quantity. I tried several different times of application too, right after cleansing/washing my face step, after my moisturize step, no matter what step I used this it didn't blend in and always pilled. Will not be buying again

This is a great MINERAL sunscreen. Some reviewers seem surprised it leaves a white cast...I've found all mineral sunscreens do this to some degree until it is rubbed in well (which is admittedly harder to do with mineral sunscreens). With that said, this Aveeno cream spreads the easiest of the half dozen different mineral sunscreens I've tried. Even easier if you use a beauty blender or makeup brush! It has a very minimal scent and is not greasy. The cap is strong so the tube does not leak in a bag - major pro.

Rubs in fairly well and leaves less of a white cast that other mineral sunscreen I have tried. Unscented is great but the natural smell isn't that pleasant. It's very drying, it left me and my kids with severe dry skin after just one application.
