Can be used as a primer because of how sticky it is

I’m currently using this on my blisters on my blood blisters with a Band-Aid over the top of it with the banana boat aloe vera gel underneath

I’ve probably only ever written one other review in my life but PLEASE listen to the negative reviews . I usually always read reviews first but this was given to me when I got burnt and didn’t have any . The first day I was completely fine however the 3rd day this stuff made me unbearably itchy . It’s been NINE hrs since I’ve applied it to my burn , two showers later and it’s STILL itchy . Save yourself from this feeling and try something else .

Classic. Smells so good and cools the skin after a day in the sun.

Had a sunburn two days ago, was still stinging a bit on my shoulders so put on some of this product. Felt good for about 5 minutes then the stinging and itching started. The pain was 100x worse than the sunburn. Showered and tried to remove the product, washed the affected areas several times with water and soap to get it off. That was two hours ago, still have stinging and itching despite taking Benadryl and trying to wash it off.

This gel was exactly what I needed after getting a sunburn from my beach trip. It is very soothing, cooling, and smells very pleasant! I put mine in the fridge so it really makes the cooling effect better! Overall, this product is amazing for after sun care, even if you don't get a sunburn. This greatly reduced my sunburn in a quick amount of time and again, really soothed my skin!

I’m not sure if this was normal or not but it did make me peel. This was my first time getting sun burned but I must say I used this a few times and that layer of sunburn peeled away and I started to feel better and get my color back. I was heeled within a week.

I had an outdoor volleyball tournament and wore absolutely 0 sunscreen because I’m an idiot but I got a reallllyy bad sun burn and I got sun poisoning (those yellow blisters). I put this stuff on those yellow blisters thinking maybe this will just calm them down. THIS COMPLETELY HEALED THEM. It took about 3-4 days of consistent use but when I tell you my skin has never felt more hydrated and healthy. This stuff is insane. I felt like I needed to leave a really good review because this was made by the gods. Lol imma wear sunscreen next time but still got this just in case

Water and alcohol are the first two ingredients listed. This burnt the heck out of my sunburn. I got pure aloe instead and highly recommended you do too. Do not buy this.

I found this because i get really dry skin, and after i used it i looked at the ingredients to find alcohol, glycerin, artificial fragrances, Yellow and blue DYE, and after a few days, my skin hurt more than before! I would not recommend this aloe product.

Ran out of my old bottle of this product, so was happy to find this after a bit of a search. Was excited to smell that wonderful scent that was used for years. Imagine my disappointment when I smoothed it on and smelled a completely different, not-as-nice scent. SO UPSET! I loved the previous scent so, so much. PLEASE bring it back. The experience is just not the same anymore.

Been Using This For Years

Horrible product. I applied it once last night, and it felt uncomfortable but tolerable. I applied it again this morning on my 3 day old burn, which looked red but felt totally fine, and it caused unbearable itching all over the applied area, I showered more than three times and took double doses of antihistamines and couldn’t make it stop for hours, had to cancel the plans I had for that day of vacation. This product has absolutely horrible ingredients and I normally would’ve never bought it, but it was the only moisturizer the store had. You’re much better off putting absolutely nothing on your skin!!

It hydrates the skin and cools it off

This stuff is an absolute must if you develop a sunburn. It feels so nice and cooling when applied and keeps burn skin hydrated. We have been using this brand of aloe gel for years and always have a bottle on hand.

My husband and I both have sunburns on our shoulders. Omg this feels so good I wish I could bathe in it! Instant relief after you glop it on. Sit next to a fan and let the cooling feeling happen..oh heavenly relief! It's been 3rd day burnt I couldnt have survived with out this wonderful product.
