Betty Crocker Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix - 21oz

Do not eat raw brownie batter. You Will Need: 1/2 stick butter, melted + 2 eggs.
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal pan or 325 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of pan
2. Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs in medium bowl until well blended (batter will be thick). Spread in pan.
3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm brownies easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. 8x8 inch pan size : 28-31 minutes bake time. 9x9 inch pan size: 26-30 minutes bake time. 11 x 7 inch pan size: 23-26 min bake time. High Altitude [3500-6500 ft]: Stir 2 tbsp cornstarch into brownie mix. Make brownies using 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp water and 3 eggs. Bake at 350 degrees F: 8 inch shiny pan 40-43 min; 8 inch dark pan 37-40 min; 9 inch shiny pan 30-34 min; 11 inch shiny pan 28-31 min. Bake at 325 degrees F: 9 inch dark pan 30-34 min; 11 inch dark pan 28-31 min.
