I don’t know what’s in this, but it made my skin red and hot and made me break out. It’s probably my skin being allergic to something in the product. Bioré used to be my go to for cleansing but this really made take a step back and reconsider relearning about skin care for my grown up self.

maybe it's the baking soda, maybe it's just me, but I was expecting more from this cleanser. my face doesn't feel clean or refreshed, it just feels a little smooth. this doesn't react well with some of my face lotions, so I have to wait a while before doing nt skin care routine after washing my face. the Biore Charcoal soap is so much better because it feels like it's working and doing something on your face. sadly I might return this soap and exchange it for the charcoal one.

I have been using this face cleanser for years. The product was white when I first tryed it. This has been my can't live without, go to cleanser. But recently, the microbeads have began irritating my skin. I have been trying to get this made without the microbeads to no avail. Please, please, please take out the microbeads so I can continue to use this awesome product. It's the only cleanser from Biore that does not irritate my skin. Please help my skin be HAPPY again.

I didn't get to use it for more than once to find out if it works or not because it smells way too strong of cheap men's cologne, not "fresh." It has a pungent Cool Water type of heavy masculine scent. I couldn't really tell until I got it wet onto my face. I has to rewash my face with another cleanser. I would not recommend unless that scent is preferred. I have used other Biore products in the past that I liked (charcoal face wash line).

I've used other Biore products with little to no issue, and I believed my skin to be combination. I've been breaking out more since it's been hot out and this sounded like the right thing to clean my pores. I used it for about two weeks before my face became so dry, I felt like I couldn't move it. My skin was flaky, irritated, no amount of any kind of moisturizer would help. As soon as I stopped using this cleanser, it started to improve. I can't recommend this product at all. Although I'm glad it seemed to work for other people.

I’ve purchased this product before. I absolutely love it. So I decided to purchase 2 this time. However, one of them was so discolored and just didn’t look right, that I can’t use it. Even the top part where the pump unscrews looks nasty like the bottom (see pic)

Common sense, baking soda dries skin out. I don't know how well it cleans pores out, as I have very oily skin and this does nothing for my blackheads reoccuring after professional cleaning.

Instant results after few uses!! The Biore cleanser really works after instant use and I’ve noticed a difference already. For transparency, I have dry skin, so I don’t feel as if this cleanser made my skin softer in any way but I can see that the pores no longer appear I’ve had tiny pores that lingered for a year and were difficult to get rid of even with many different pore cleansing products to no success. I’ve used cleansers from Sephora, Korean face masks, etc.

Ok so like it smells nice but if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't use it as it made mine worse. It also really stripped your skin so I wouldn't use this as a daily cleanser but after makeup or facepainting or something. So besides it burning my skin it also irritated it and made my acne worse.

I've been using this product for several years now and it's the only one I've tried that removes all the oil off my face without irritating or drying my skin. It has just the right amount of cleaning power for my skin, which goes from really dry to oily in like less than an hour. I use it about 2-3 times a day and it has been perfect for me. My only complaint is that the product seems to turn yellow over time. I found that keeping it inside the cabinet slows down that process. I've seen several at the store that are already yellowish inside at the bottom.
