I have used these headphones nightly for around 6 months now and here is every pro and con for them. PROS -Fantastic noise cancelling -The sound quality is rich and sharp -Overall comfortable for long use times -Aesthetically pleasing -Charges fairly quickly -“CAN” have a long battery charge (see cons) CONS -Would have random static from time to time -The battery went out on my originally purchased pair after only a couple months (Bose sent a new pair since it fell under the 1yr warranty) AND still have incorrect battery % problems on the new pair -If you brush up against the right ear it interrupts the sound to announce the battery or will start playing your music -Headphones feel fragile -The Bose music app is literally the worst Overall I want to love these headphones because they are good headphones but are missing qualities that make them great. For the price, I shouldn’t have already had to get a replacement pair. These headphones have a major battery problem that needs to be fixed. I still use them nightly but I don’t know if I would buy another pair after these.

There is no better noice canceling technology for a common consumer on the market. I honestly wouldnt be surprised if it would be close to military grade. Those headphones can do wonders in crowded places where you need to focus or want to get away. The are not as comfortable as 45s but they have nkcer design and quite nice and resposive touch panel. Only issue i found qith that is clickin on it by ajusting my headphones while in phonecall. Its an instant disconnect. Other than that i find them great, fully recomend.

I've been a Bose customer for over 30 years and these headsets don't disappoint. Nice and light and great sound and noise cancelling. Can't wait to try on my next Zoom call. Had to buy the seperate USB plug ($79)to integrate with my computer. Bose needs to include this. The case storage compartment could be larger too.

The fit and finish are excellent. You have to use the app to get the full benefits of the product instead of just being able to connect the product and be on your way. The ability to connect to separate device was great but the ability to switch between those devices was clunky at best. This should be address either on the app or on the headphones. Why make it to connect with 2 devices and not be able to simply switch between those devices. Other than this small issue a wonderful experience. The noise cancellation works well.

Never had noice cancelling headphones before, but these were game changers. I use them for music, podcast, video conferencing, and commute. I was surprised how loud the world can be when I first took the headphones off. I can hardly hear the train screeching. They definitely help me stay focused wherever I am. Battery lasts a multiple days with consistent use. They are comfortable on the ears and connect to my devices easily. My only caveat is that they do not stay on my head very well when leaning over. May be the shape of my head, but the top slides down toward my forehead when I bend over, such as picking something up when cleaning. Sort of annoying because I like to use these around the house. They have never fallen off, but feel as though they would and is unsettling. It may due to the padding needed at the top, which makes wearing upright very comfortable, so it seems like a delicate balance from a production standpoint. Aside from that, they are amazing. Couldn’t give it less than 5 stars.

I bought these about a month ago and I love them! They are comfy, hold a good charge, love the flexible noise canceling, sleek design, etc. However, as I am listening sometimes the sound will cut out. I believe this is because I am surrounded by so many Bluetooth networks so its not that big of a deal but it's something to consider if you're looking to purchase.

I bought these headphones for an international trip I had planned. It made the trip much more enjoyable and relaxing. I thought I would use them for work but the microphone and the connection to devices has been less than impressive.
