I wish I looked at reviews before purchasing... Mine were dried out as well (small with no product). I luckily bought a sheet mask as well so not a total loss.

They’re just cooling pads. No liquid at all. They’re also very petite. Barely covers full under eye. Does have a pleasant cooling effect but I would not consider them hydrating. Also they should be multiple uses

These are really thick! Too thick where they slide off and just feels like you have slugs on your face. I’ve used many different under eye patches and by far these are the worst. Not sure if there was any product in the patches too since they were so thick and I didn’t notice any improvement under my eyes. Definitely won’t buy these again.

My cousin and I bought this today and I would not recommend. My cousins was white and jelly looking and some what moist but also didn’t stick mine on the other hand didn’t stick, ripped, dried out, clear and looked like someone already used it

I'm not sure if this is a packaging issue but the eye masks were totally dried out when I opened them. They barely stuck and I'm not sure if there was any product on it.

These patches are both designed for the right eye, so the flat surface will stick well under the right but then you have to either use the other mask flipped over to the rounded side and it slides off your face or keep it on the flat side and wear it incorrectly so it stays on. Since I like to move around instead of lying down while using eye masks, this was not a good fit for me. The smell is a bit antiseptic and off-putting, but the masks did feel cooling.

My biggest complaint with these eye masks is that they do not stay in place. I like to apply under-eye masks in the morning while I do other tasks, but I had to literally lay down to wear these so they wouldn't slide off my face.

These are just a piece of rubber sitting in a liquid and they are to heavy to stay under your eyes, they just keep sliding down your face. So bad, I don't understand who thought this would be a good idea. Also when you take it out of the liquid nothing gets absorbed under your eyes because it's just a piece of heavy flimsy rubber. Terrible!

I wanted to love these eye patches but they don’t stay on your face very well. You need to lay down when using them. Also the patches are both meant to be worn on your right eye. Typically they come w one each to be worn w the correct eye but they didn’t. So I flipped it but felt that side did not get the best results. Not sure if I will buy again.

I put the eye mask in the refrigerator for about one hour then took eye mask out and put it on for about 2 hours and just relaxed. Results were amazing. Would recommend to anyone
