It didn’t work for my Samsung washer. I’ll have to keep washing over and over again until it dissolves. It left residue on it. The finish brand works very good.

This soap left residual chemicals on my dishes and dish washer . I’ve been trying to run my dishwasher to help remove that soap stuck in it , with no resolution. Ima have to call someone to come take look at dishwasher. Never had this issue before and I never leave food particle on the dishes when placing them in the dishwasher .

We're sorry to learn you're having an issue with the scent of Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs with Fresh fragrance. It may be helpful to know that fragrance from any Cascade product shouldn't be absorbed by your machine or dishes, unless they're getting worn. It may help to run a cycle with vinegar in both detergent cups. If that doesn't work, add two cups of white vinegar to a non-metallic bowl placed on the bottom rack. Check that you're getting sufficient water by running a load with a mug sitting on the upper rack, open-side up. At the end of the cycle, if the mug isn't overflowing with water, we suggest checking that all water openings are clear and your machine's working as intended. More to share? They always get plates clean and do a great job of removing caked on junk clean. Additionally, the storage tub is great for under the sink. Dishes always come out sparking and streak free. No complaints here about this product.

Not only do the dishes & glassware shine much more than the did with other detergents but, my rather elderly stainless flatware actually sparkles!! It took a bit of time for this to happen but now, people helping me unload actually ask if I’ve bought a new set It is wonderful

It even worked well on my cookware. For the price, It's worth it. I don't overpack my dishwasher, so I usually have a medium amount of dishes. I used one packet and it worked.
