A: I has having trouble with dry skin on my face and a rash on my arm. My dermatologist recommended this for all over body use. I no longer have a dry, itchy face. It works great, no smell and hasn't caused me to get acne. There is one of these that is small but has a pump. I bought that and use this for refills.
