Q: I bought this grill but the gas connection is not tight at all. We tried inserting it and turning it, but it never seemed to snap in place and was about to fall out. The grill worked, but it seemed sketchy. I think we received a defective part.

Q: I live in an apartment and would like to keep this on my back patio. Can I keep a 1 lb propane tank connected to it when not in use or should I disconnect the propane tank every time

A: We always recommend taking the propane tank off after each use. This way there is no chance of someone bumping it and turning it on without noticing.

Q: Is grill grate stainless steel? Looks like the center stabilizer of the grill is on top of the grill grate instead of under the grill which would make the grill flat for cooking?

A: No, this grill is designed for use with the 1LB tank of liquid propane and can not use charcoal.

I purchased this grill two years ago and used it a total of about 15 times. After 2 uses, I had to fix the wire for the ignitor. After about 10 uses, the regulator started leaking propane and I had to purchase a new one. After the final use, I realized one of the leg screws was missing and I would need to find a replacement screw to render the grill usable once again. The performance of this grill was lacking as it burned inconsistently, despite adequately cleaning it regularly. I ended up replacing it with a better product from a different brand. I would not recommend this grill, but at least it worked decently for a handful of times.

Perfect sized grill for our camping trips. Also perfect for when we don’t want to use our full sized one at home this one is great for about 6 to 8 burgers with room to spare. I found this one on sale at Target and could not pass it up. It was the lowest price I’d seen anywhere and I’d been holding off on buying one for over two years because I couldn’t see paying over a bill for it. Plus I used my Red card to sand an additional five percent.

I've been through many different cooking/grilling options through my years of camping/glamping. I have tried grill/stove combos, cast iron on top of propane stoves, etc. What i find is a must for grilling is having a lid. The lid keeps the heat thats needed when you're grilling in windy or extremely cold weather. It's taller than a fold away grill/stove combo but once you grill your meat it's love. I wont go back to those combo grill stoves. I just use a separate propane portable stove when I need to boil water or make eggs.

This replaced an Expert grill from Wallyworld This weighs about 3 times as much, has a igniter, a attached lid, and stainless steel top.Had no issues with assembly or the igniter. I have used this twice since receiving yesterday. This is also replacing a full sized Charbroil grill we've had for years that has seen better days.

It was missing multiple parts out of it's hardware kit. I called char-broil and told them. They said they were opening a warranty case and sending me new parts. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten the parts yet.

Love that it’s compact, not too heavy, and even has a little lock on the front. One thing that would be even better is to have longer legs that can be retractable, and the option to fit a larger tank. I know it says tabletop, but turning it into a mini taller standing grill might be better for taller people. We got this for our son who is a bodybuilder and wanted the option to grill at his apartment, but he’s going to go thru those tiny tanks in a hurry.

Put the item all together but regulator would not lock in place. There was a review on your app from a customer that questioned the fit of the regulator and Charbroil assured him that was how it was supposed to fit. To end this story the grill exploded did not feel safe in this purchase so I returned the product

Serves its purpose and was cheap but igniter doesn’t work. Seems to be a trend with this brand. There is a work around but make sure you have a lighter if you purchase lol

I love the whole idea of small grill for small things , but flames are to low only way to make flames bigger were with burgers juice to flame it up . But over all good might have have a slight dislike about make the stainless still clean in the back after a use .
