Q: I bought this grill but the gas connection is not tight at all. We tried inserting it and turning it, but it never seemed to snap in place and was about to fall out. The grill worked, but it seemed sketchy. I think we received a defective part.

A: Bryan, I had the same problem, returned he grill and go another and that did the same thing. Called the 800 number and put on hold for 1/2 hour. Customer Service is worthless! Good Luck. I am taking this one back too!

I love the whole idea of small grill for small things , but flames are to low only way to make flames bigger were with burgers juice to flame it up . But over all good might have have a slight dislike about make the stainless still clean in the back after a use .

Works great!! Can’t bet the price either!! About $60!! Sturdy and easy to put together! I did it in the 3 row of my suv at the beach because I purchased it curbside pick up the day I was going to the beach! All you need is a simple Phillips screwdriver and 15 - 20 mins of your time! Best part is the cover locks so you don’t have to worry about it flying open when you travel with it. The ignition switch also works great! I push it 2 times and it works great! Heats up quick too! Overall best little grill!! I was also looking for a good solid two weeks to find one!

Left side burns more on left side and grilling steaks take forever.!I believe it has a bad regulator because its very poor performance. I don’t want to use it anymore as I want to spend time with family not trying to grill for them for hours with this one

I love this. It’s quick and convenient, and cooks well. It was pretty easy for me to put together on my own. Take your time screwing in the small propane gas tank though, as it wouldn’t screw on real easily; but not a problem; just hold the top and support the gas container. I will be happy to take this on our RV trips! I used on our patio this first time. I love the fact it’s small and I can place on small table outside. It’s easy to clean, and I cooked 4 chicken breasts at once! I also got it 40% off, so this was a no brainer. It’s worth the regular price too if you don’t catch it on sale. Great brand! Love it!
