I LOVE THIS FLAT IRON !!!! I wear a lot Of wigs and I’m just nothing without this flat iron i Previously lost it and 6 months straight i went with no flat iron i contemplated getting a baby bliss pro 2 for 149 and one or for 149 very steep for a flat iron when my conair does the exact same thing !!! I fell in love with it when a girl from my job flat ironed her hair in literally 10 min !!! I seen review saying it’s not good not sure what flat iron you ladies have but the one i got works Magic !!!! A really good buy for the price I’ve had the flat iron 4 years now i lost the first one and bought it again lol

Pulls hair. Feels cheap. Doesn’t perform well. If you’re natural and want a good straightener skip this one and spend a couple more dollars for something better.

Price is affordable but it does not work. It cuts off as soon as you cut it on.
Do not waste your money.

The gold-toned coating chipped off one plate during my second use of the flat iron. (I noticed this issue when a few strands of my hair had snapped.) There is a gap between the plates and the plates shifted as I straightened a small section of hair. My first Conair flat iron is better than this -- its would-be "replacement" was not worth the money.

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t straighten hair at all. I returned it. I have mixed hair that’s usually easy to straighten. You get what you pay for.
Turns off

First time trying to use it.... turns off almost immediately. Terrible. I had a similar straightener for about 5 years that only recently gave me issues so I figured I’d buy a new one. It’s being returned today. Even at its highest heat setting my hair is still frizzy.
Works good, BUT It turns off in a minute :(

Works really good, except it turns off in about 60 seconds. I saw a similar review, so I posted mine. You have to keep turning it on, I think a lot of them may be faulty. :( Got it as Christmas present, going to return today 12/28.
HORRIBLE!

I got this straightener and I hated it. It would work for about a minute but then shut off right after I passed it through my hair and would not stay hot for longer than a minute. I kept having to turn it back on taking double the amount of time it usually does and it never takes less than 40 minutes to straighten my hair. I don't know if I got a lemon but I don't recommend this product.

This was a terribly made straightener. I have always used Conair products, so when it was time to get a new straightener, I wanted to stay within the same brand. I tried this iron and first of all, it feels so cheap when you hold it. All plastic and boxy. The straightener pulled my hair the whole entire time- no smooth glide whatsoever and I have relatively straight hair to begin with. I returned this right away and i'm purchasing the exact conair infiniti straightener I had in the past.
