I thought this would be a great product and we brought them home. The turn the barrel to get the top of the pencil out but if you go to far it will break and also when coloring the top will go back in the barrel, so here you are coloring and you have to stop to twist it again. The fact you can’t refill them is a big waste of money and plastic. It could be a good product but you have many things to correct on it.

These colored pencils keep going in when when trying to color. Colors keep going in. Crayola is well known for being of the best quality, but this colored pencils are bad quality.

I tried these this year for my kindergartner and preschooler who I homeschool and it is the best purchase I made. Even my preschooler can easily work them without assistance and their coloring skills have improved. They love drawing pictures with these too and often choose them over crayons.

I like the convenience of twistable of these color pencils. I gave a 4 stars because it would be great if the color is posted on the color pencils! Plus a few colors are very light and difficult to see! Overall I still love these color pencils!

I wanted to like this product. My one year old likes to eat regular crayons, so I thought this would be a great replacement. On the other hand my two year old was obsessed with twisting it to high and they’d just break. I was bummed to find out how little product you get in this crayon and you can’t buy replacement for it. Plus you’re not able to use the whole stick, so that’s a bit annoying.

These are a weird texture!! More like a crayon instead of the colored pencils I remember. Some of them sink down and don’t stay cranked either. A nice concept but doesn’t work. It’s also really hard to tell what a color is actually going to look like.

Almost perfect except they don't have their colors written on them. It irritated me enough that I labled them myself, and I constantly wonder if I got the colors right. I also wish that they were refillable. Plastic vs Wood plastic can be the more sustainable choice but only IF refills are made. I do understand from a business standpoint that certain colors wouldn’t sell as well as others, but I also believe a company as competent as Crayola would be able to figure out which colors are colored with the most and sell those in refill packs. My "leads" have never broke, I assume dry air might cause that. Even my 5 yo uses them I just keep the lead very short.
