It felt like Ashlee, a fellow mom of three, was sharing her heart with me over a cup of coffee, showing me the importance of creating as a mom. She shows (never tells) you how making space for your creative outlets is good for your soul and your family. Three of my favorite chapters were Nothing is Wasted, It Takes a Village, and Throwing Glitter. They not only encouraged me in my creativity, but also as a mother, wife, and friend.

guest review 10/10 recommend - Ashlee does a beautiful job weaving real and raw stories of motherhood and marriage with gospel truth and encouragement to keep going and keep creating. Her prompts at the end of each chapter are thoughtful and inspiring. Create anyway was a joy to read and the encouragement I needed to start creating in the midst of chaos that is motherhood.
