Made of potato starch instead of nuts, so while it doesnt taste like cheese or anything else in particular, it also doesnt have a disgusting aftertaste that other plant based dairy alts have These are NOT individually wrapped, but are ''starchy'' enough that they don't become sticked to eachother. I would buy again but really not fond of the packaging unable to be sealed.

I recently went dairy free because I found out I was allergic to milk, but I love grilled cheese sandwiches so I decided to try this to make one. It tastes really good, and it's hard to tell it's not even vegan! It's a great cheese alternative if you need one. I'm definitely going to be getting more.

This tastes like sliced cheese (well Kraft lol) straight out of the package and is even better when heated. No it doesn't compare to quality cheese BUT when you MISS cheese slices this is amazing. I was using the shreds, but they're really messy for sandwiches so decided to try these. Glad I did. Would recommend and will buy them again.

The past 4 packages have been moldy within a week of purchase. This is before I even have a chance to open them. Total waste of time and money. I returned it once because I had another return but who has the time to make all these trips to the return counter? Never again.

Honestly, as a Lactose intolerant person. This is my favorite brand of lactose free cheese products. Love any cheese by this company and target sells it for way cheaper than Wegmanns or Whole Foods! Also when melted the cheese actually pulls and gets stringy!!

I don't know what people are talking about. This cheese doesn't have an odor and it melts perfectly in the toaster oven! There isn't much difference between this and other dairy brands that are making people sick!

This is my vegan cheese substitute of choice. If you are not vegan or newly vegan, you will have to adjust to the taste of dairy alternatives. Use it sparingly as an accent flavor and it will do it's job.

It was very good! As someone who had lactose intolerance for years, I appreciate being able to eat a non dairy substitute for cheese. Great as grilled cheese sandwich! I don’t understand others who complained I think they are just complaining because they’re the type of people who complain about other “non dairy” foods just to complain. Then don’t eat it they’ll be more for people who like it! Of course its not going to be perfect like the real thing but I give it 9/10. Bon appetit!
