They simply don't work as advertised, they can't hold much of anything, and they leak. Plain old 100% cotton briefs do a better job at absorption. Depends need much more in the way of a liner that fully protects all the way from the front to the back. Not Dependable!!see moreof the reviewer's review

This product is fairly good. I have urge incontinence so this product works well for my issues. It can hold about one full emptying of my bladder. I normally rely on Depend guards for the amount of protection I need, but only when I’m at home or work and can get to a bathroom reasonably quickly when needed.
