Enriched with Turmeric, Mica, and nourishing antioxidants to provide the skin with essential hydration and leaves an overall brighter complexion. Formulated with Caffeine to help reduce puffiness and dark circles and leave eyes looking energized. Ideal for all skin types with puffy eyes, discoloration, or fine lines around the eye area. I have dark circles in between my eyelids and brows and dar circles under my eyes. The way it goes on it looks like it's just to cover your dark circles. I hope it starts working. Also you have to remember to put it in lightly.

Another review saying more of the same; this product does NOT work. It pills immediately, regardless. It burns your eyes and leaves goop behind. It seems like an awful concealer/makeup product than a serum or any kind of skincare product. I am very fair complected with dark circles and this product leaves a heavy sheen/shimmer behind. I cannot imagine how much worse this would turn out for darker complected folks. The only positive? I'm so disappointed at this overpriced mistake that I decided to look into my return options and I'm so glad I did because a full refund is being issued without so much as returning the unused portion to the store. Many thanks to Target for righting this wrong!

This does brighten my under-eye area and dark circles. I gave it 2 stars because the tube is small and the product gushes out, providing more product than I need. It also tends to crumble up on my skin; not sure what's up with that.

Great idea, poor execution. The texture is strange and it does not play nice with any other product so forget about layering. The biggest issue for me was the product pilling or crumbling up and looking cakey towards the edge of my eyes. I applied to bare skin the second time and it still reacted the same way. Useless.
