Q: Should you use a cup at 16?? I really want one they sound like a good idea I just don't wanna spend so much money if it won't work I have a heavy flow the first 3 days and I haven't had a baby lol
A: You’ll want model 0 for your age.
submitted byAlittleshelli - 5 years agoA: It is a bit more invasive than putting in a tampon, but as long as you are okay with that then there is no reason you couldn't use it!

Q: How are you going to know if this one is too small? Is it going to fall out? I got this pre-pregnancy years ago and I'd like to give it another try. I'm over 30 now and have had one child vaginally. I'm small though 5'1".
A: Model sizes are recommended, however, because we come in all shapes and sizes, it can be difficult to determine what size will work best for each individual. A few indicators of sizing issues can be leaking and/or movement. If you find that you are experiencing any of this- it's best to reach out to Consumer Support, support@divacup.com) and they can help you out.

Q: Do/can you use it during sleep?
A: Yes. I slept in mine, the very first time I used it. It is very comfortable, no leaks, and it somehow lessens my cramps.

Q: "Model 1 is designed for women who are under 30 and have never given birth vaginally or by Caesarean section" I'm 20 and gave birth vaginally, would this mean that there are other models that would be better for me? Is it about the size?
A: I would say to use size b

Q: what is the right size? I'm less than 30 years but I had 1 delivered vaginally and 2 C-sections
A: I would say to get the 2nd model since you've given birth vaginally.

Q: How do you use the diva cup
A: You insert it like a tampon and it catches the liquid. You can wear it for up to 12 hours. The instructions say to wash it with unscented oil-free soap. They make some called Diva Wash that you can get at Target.
