I love this!! I can smell this all in my home. This was so relaxing & I needed this so bad. This will be in my must have routine for pms & periods. I was having cramps, lower back pains & stuff. This helped instantly! You need this girl!!

Smells so delicious!! Helping with PMS is always a plus - I was worried this combination of herbs would help that but not smell nice. I was wrong. Such a relaxing and beautiful smell. Left my skin feeling so soft.

Thank you so much target for carrying this. I suffer terribly from PMS, that this along with a heating pad is the only way I can deal with it. Just make sure to rinse off at the end. Also, it does create bubbles. I really like this.

I got the menstrual relief so when it's my time of the month it'll be relaxing but mainly I got it cuz it smells so so good yall....but sadly I put in the directed amount in my bath & I didn't get many bubbles. :(

So nice to use this the week before period, during PMS times. The smell is so nice and bathing in really warm water with this really helps soothe the muscles. I like to put a towel behind my head for elevated comfort and watch the steaminess rise from the bubbles. I love that it foams so much! I recommend starting to add right as the water starts filling the tub for maximum bubble life! Turn the lights low, light some candles, and close your eyes for an added calming experience!

It's a bubble bath which is already fun and then it helps relieve and soothe your cramps so well. I can sit in this until the water gets cold. It also smells so good but it's a light smell which I really love.

This is a great way to relax. I pour and soak myself and this helps relieve body aches. This is very relaxing and helps me deal PMS pains that I dont even want to get out of the bath tub. I love that it is made with essential oils and epsom because it smells so so good. At first I thought the smell is too much before I tried it but i was surprised this is amazingly good. It did not dry my skin out which is a bonus and perfect for winter because it nourishes my skin. I would definitely buy this because I needed it.
