A: The Kit includes everything you see in the picture. Gloves, a pair of hand wraps (one for each hand), jump rope, speed bag, and speed bag platform. Everything you need to get right to work.

Fun piece od equipment that keeps my children busy! I like that it hangs from a brace attached to the "ceiling" or boards from above. Great add ons included, including glives and hand wrap. I would definitely recommend for a beginner!

It comes with acheap plastic swivel not the nice professional metal onethey have in their picture so don't be fooled like I have,I mean the frame and bag are nice but it for sure needs an upgraded swivel if you want to get proper uses and reaction out of the bag. Perhaps Target should change the picture before more people buy something of lesser quality than expected. Still an ok deal I suppose.

Poor instructions, speed ball mount is plastic, speed ball triangle clip continuously ties up ball travel, Everlast does not provide enough washers for proper affixing to mount. Speed bag is quality TBD- durability? For the price it is an adequate buy.

Although I shop Target a lot, I never thought to look on-line for this type item. I was pleased with the price, pleased with the service and highly reccomend looking at Target for that item you don't think will be there. This item was a on-line only item but it was less exspensive then some of the sporting good stores.
