Poor luck, or poor quality?

Opened this item to find lots of little particles suspended throughout the liquid. These aren’t some kind of decorative embellishment, they look like dead skin to be honest. This is my second attempt at purchase. The first time the glass was shattered and the product had evaporated. Needless to say, it seems there are some quality control issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this perfume. It lasts all day. I love that throughout the day you can smell more of the under notes, which is the Apple and bamboo leaves. I’m really not a floral person I fear that floral perfumes can be very overwhelming ( old lady perfume) but this smells very refreshing, sweet and light, but also lasts all day. I get compliments when I wear this perfume as well as other perfumes from the finery line. My favorite part is the portability I’ve have this in my make up bag!!
