submitted byJo - 1 year agoA: Unscented doesn't mean no scent. Fragrance-free means no scent. I'm going to try these, and will post a review. I have not been able to find true fragrance-free bags. Why does my garbage have to have massive chemical perfumes on it? It causes an allergic reaction and I can't breathe.

Q: Do these trash bags have an elastic top like the previous Up and Up ones I purchased. Not just grip because they slip off of my can but stretch drawstrings at top.

I’ve been using these for a few months and have had no problems. I like that the top is slightly larger than some others and are easy to fold over the top of my kitchen trash can. The drawstring is terrible. It doesn't grip the can like name brands do, and the bag around the steering rips at the slightest sign of tension. I've used four bags out of this batch so far and every. single. one. has ripped through the top when I've tried to close up the bag. Not worth the extra savings. Just buy Hefty or Glad.

I’ve used these bags for years and they were fantastic. But something has changed recently. They don’t stay attached to the top of the can anymore, and the bag slides down into the can. They also seem thinner and easier to tear.
